Comprised of natural wood grains our composite decking tiles offer an interlocking base for a quick and easy installation. The decking tiles will not bend, warp, split, or crack. They not only are they easy to install they are virtually maintenance free. Perfect for garden, hotels, exhibitions, shows, around pools/hot tubs and docks/marina's.

The tiles' interlocking system is also raised to allow for proper drainage of water and pools that could be created during heavy rain. The innovative interlocking system is designed to be used by anyone from DIY beginners to veteran builders looking for a gorgeous, easy to install deck. This system also enabled you to layout the tiles in any pattern you desire.

We accept all the standard payment options offered at eBay checkout. To provide a safe experience, eBay only allows payment methods that offer strong protection for buyers and sellers.

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday choosing Standard Next Day, Next Day 12noon or Next Day 10:30am, will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. 
 
Orders on Friday placed before 2pm on Standard Next day will be delivered on Monday. 
 
For weekend deliveries on orders placed before 2pm on Friday, please select Saturday or Sunday delivery option in the checkout. 

If you are not satisfied with an item once you've received it, please let us know within 14 days of the date you received it for an exchange or a refund. Any items listed at a discounted or sale price are exchange only. 
Please contact us on 01264 359984 (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) for us to provide you with a returns authorisation number (RAN). Once we have provided you the RAN we will email you instructions on how to return your item(s).
 
How to Return/Exchange Items 
To return an item please enclose your invoice and goods and return to:

We recommend using a registered postal service. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
If a full refund (excluding the original delivery costs) is required, we need to be informed 14 days after the receipt of the order. The order must be then returned to us within 14 days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within 14 days of receipt of the original order back to us. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All items returned must be in the original condition.  We will not accept returns of used or damaged goods. 
 
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may be charged to you equal to 20% of the value of the returned goods for all products returned to us.
