Affordable Swiss Watches Inc. offers a limited warranty on every product sold unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned timepieces are warranted for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by Affordable Swiss Watches as proof of purchase.

Conditions apply to the Affordable Swiss Watches Inc. twenty-four-month (24) limited service warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts that Affordable Swiss Watches did not service, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of a timepiece’s intended use.

Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party performance of service, the opening of a product, or addition of parts other than strap or bracelet components will void the Affordable Swiss Watches Inc. twenty-four-month (24) limited warranty on pre-owned watches. Affordable Swiss Watches Inc. will, at its sole discretion, determine the applicability of its warranty to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged.

The Affordable Swiss Watches Inc. twenty-four-month (24) limited warranty is non-transferable.

We offer free & fully insured FedEx 2nd-Day shipping. If you require immediate shipping, please contact us, prior to purchasing. We don't charge for FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. For security, all orders are shipped with an adult signature required.

We are accepting hassle-free returns within 14 days of your purchase.
If you received the watch and it doesn’t match the description in the listing (we do our best not to let that happen, anyways there is a human factor so everything can happen), just email us and return it so we receive it back within 30 days. We are unlike other dealers where you must wait months for the credit or refund. We process all of our returns each weekend and your PayPal account will be credited no later than 3 business days of that weekend. Also, we will not deduct a restocking fee. We will refund 100% of the amount paid for the item.
All items must be returned in their original condition with the Affordable Swiss Watches security tag attached.
We do not charge restocking fees from our buyers.

Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only accept returns if the reason is that you received the item not as described in its original listing. In this unlikely event, we will take the timepiece back if you have returned it within the allowed timeframe, in the same condition you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@affordableswisswatchesinc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If it is not returned in the same condition, and/or some accessories are missing, and/or you have sized the bracelet and/or factory stickers were removed, we will apply a 15% restocking fee.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
