Payment is via Ebay payments or Paypal. Buyers who are local to Aberdeen may collect items same day but payment must have cleared before any item will be handed over.
Items will be shipped via same or next day delivery using an insured and tracked courier. We typically aim to have items with you ASAP with a target of 1-2 working days.
We have a 99.975% success rate with the items we build or sell so are confident you will be delighted with your purchase.

Minor issues :
We offer remote support as standard and will work at a time that is convenient to you. We can fix most things this way.
Damaged in transit :
We will arrange for a courier to collect the damaged item and return it to us. During transit we will discuss with you a replacement or refund depending on your preference
Failure in the first 14 days :

Failure under warranty :
We will work with you to try and resolve the issue. In the event that the system has failed we will ask you to send the item back to us via courier. The warranty is provided on a RTB (Return to base) basis. We will diagnose the issue and propose a resolution to you.
Where a component has failed we will aim to replace it from our stock with an identical component. If this is not possible we will provide a component of equal performance within a tolerance of 2-3%.
The customer will also have the option but not obligation to upgrade the component where it is practical to do so. The customer will pay the price difference between the lower performance part and the higher performance part but not any labour charge for the fitting of the replacement part
All systems will come with a warranty seal sticker applied. Any system with a damaged warranty seal will have it's warranty voided. We may at our sole discretion refuse a repair and require the customer to pay for return shipping. This should always be the last resort however.
Misuse :
Any systems returned with visible misuse such as dent's, cracks, liquid spills or physical modification to the chassis will be considered void from a warranty perspective. Any repairs or replacements will be chargeable to the customer. Evidence of misuse will be cataloged and shared with the customer.
