If your item is personalised you will have to send us all of the required personalisation details at the point of ordering. In the section below we have laid out all of the information we need and how to send it to us. 

In general we will need your text requirements, font choice, embroidery or print colour choice. All of which are left at the checkout using the guide below. 

If an image is required you need to send us the image first so we can see if we are able to print or embroider this for you. The image guidelines are also shown below in the next section. Any embroidered logos that are complex will need to be digitised which will incur a one off digitising fee of £29.99. Please message us for details.

Text Required - leave all the text required on your item with the correct spelling and formatting (we will copy and paste the text as shown)

Font Choice - Font choices are shown below or in the additional product images. Please call the font choice by its name or # e.g. #1 Arial Black

Print or Embroidery Colour - Print and Embroidery colours are shown below or in the additional product images. (Please call the Print or Embroidery colour choice by its name e.g. Black)

Logos - Sent via eBay messages directly after ordering. (if applicable, required or agreed with by us please read printing & embroidery guidelines below)

Please leave a full description of logo/text placement along with any other important information that we need to know. (This can be done at the point of ordering or directly afterwards via eBay messages) If no font or colour option has been left we will use our best judgment in terms of font and colour.

We will contact you should we require any further information but this will delay the order.

Once all the information has been provided we will create your personalised product and dispatch the item in the 1-3 working day timeframe from the time we have the information as per our shop policies.

PRINTING GUIDELINES

If a logo is required we will need to agree that the logo can be printed before ordering.

We are able to print simple single colour logos only, if you are unsure about whether your logo applies to this then please send us a message so we can confirm. Below is an example of a single colour logo vs a full colour logo.

All logos will need to be provided in high quality JPG, PNG, AI, PDF, EPS or SVG so we are able to print the logos to the highest quality.

EMBROIDERY GUIDELINES

All text only embroidery designs are inclusive in the price. We are able to embroider logos onto our products but any logo will require an Embroidery Set Up Charge to be paid. The price of the Embroidery Set up Charge is £25 and this is a one-off fee.

If you have paid for a set up with us before and wish to use the same logo then no further charge will be required.

If you have an embroidery file from another company that you wish to use then we can arrange to collect that file from you and no charge will be required.

Please contact us so we can send you a link to purchase the set up fee.

Please choose from the applicable font options, if you have ordered a printed item choose from the "Printed Fonts" image and if you have ordered an Embroidered item choose from the "Embroidered Fonts" image.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FONTS MAY LOOK DIFFERENT WHEN DISPLAYED FULL IN CAPTAL LETTERS, THE EXAMPLE SHOWN ARE IN SENTENCE CASE. IF YOU'RE UNSURE THEN PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH US BEFORE ORDERING.

We offer Fast & Free Delivery everywhere in the UK, all international orders have shipping calculated at the checkout.

We aim to dispatch all of our items within 48 hours or 2 working days of ordering upon receipt of full personalisation details. This does not include weekends and bank holidays.

All of our UK Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 24 as standard unless an alternative delivery method is selected at the checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the service selected but Royal Mail 24 usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.

International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Business Parcels with a delivery time of 7-10 working days. This does not include weekends and holidays.

We aim to dispatch all workwear deals within 7 days however, we do ask for up to 10 day turnaround (in case of any items that need ordering).

Once we have handed our parcels to Royal Mail please understand that the parcel is then in their control and sometimes estimated delivery times can be extended due to weather conditions and more recently Covid in certain areas.

If your item is incorrect or defective we will replace the item without the need to return the item back to us, you will have to provide images to us with details of the mistake or the defect of the item.

We will not accept returns of Personalised items if the item has no defects or no mistakes have been made by Workwear Studio. Personalised items cannot be reused by us so please take care when ordering, leave all your personalisation details in full and correct. The details left at the checkout are copied directly from the order notes as you have left them, please make sure all punctuation is how you require it and correctly spelt.

If any order has been placed and the address is incomplete or incorrect we are unable to replace the item or offer any refunds due to user error.

Please send us a message first before opening any cases with eBay so we can resolve this is a timely manor. This will cause a delay in resolving any issues.
