We provide a UK VAT receipt by email after every purchase (Within 5 working days of despatch).

Our prices shown include UK VAT at 20% for sale of goods within the UK only.

20% VAT can be removed from the price shown if you are located within the EU and are a Company with a valid VAT ID or EORI number from outside of the UK (Applies to any value order) OR if you are based outside of the EU.

The purchaser is liable for any import duties or taxes charged at point of delivery as when shipping outside of the UK.

We accept payment by debit and credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cheque. All payments on Ebay must be cleared in advance of us shipping goods. In the even you decide to pay with PayPal eCheque or a standard cheque in the post, please be aware that this typically add's 5 working days to dispatch times.

If you prefer to open a credit account, this facility is available subject to terms and conditions for businesses within the UK.

For larger purchases over £1000, we are able to offer finance to UK Limited Companies via our finance partners, please contact our team if you wish to discuss this option.

Free standard shipping is included within the mainland UK, except for pallet services, which are charged at £49.00 inc VAT within the maindland UK.

In either way, normal delivery is within 3-5 working days. For our express delivery service, we ship within the UK using the UPS or DHL courier network. If your order is for parts and is received before midday, we will attempt to ship the item same day, otherwise we endeavour to ship the following working day for delivery the following day.  You can call us on 01256 808555 to verify we can ship same day if it's important.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK for Consumer Sales valued at less than £300.00 due to customs issues.   If you are a registered business we can accept your order, but we will require a valid TAX ID / EORI number and shipping costs will need to be calculated seperately, please contact us with your name and address.

You may arrange collection of goods from our office in Basginstoke, RG24 8NE if preferred either in person or your choice of courier. Please contact us via the Ebay messaging system to arrange this.

We reserve the right to delay shipment of goods to confirm it is a valid purchase and / or request further paperwork prior to releasing the goods.

Goods will be declared at the price the item was sold for on any commercial invoice declarations.

All our Ebay items are sold with a 90 day warranty where we will repair or replace or refund (at our discretion) any part that fails within 90 days of delivery.

We track serial numbers of items shipped and will only warranty parts originally supplied by ourselves.

Any warranty will be invalidated if the item's are damaged during installation due to dropping or other mishandling.

If you wish to return the item for no reason, you may do so at your own charge within 30 days. Goods must be received in the same condition they were supplied in, and we recommend taking photographs of the item once packed in case of mishandling by your courier during return shipping.

Please open a request to return the item within the Ebay order page within 30 days of receipt of goods.

We will issue an RMA number which will need to be marked on the packaging allowing us to trace the item when it is received at our warehouse.

Subject to the goods being received in the same condition as originally dispatched, we will issue a full refund for the goods. Any overseas shipping costs are non refundable.
